How soon should I place my order?

All orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. If not, a rush order fee of $40 will be applied.

Do you deliver and if so how far?

Delivery can be arranged based off of availability. There will be a fee of $15 for Brooklyn and Queens. Other NYC boroughs and NJ will be charged based on distance. Courier delivery is also available, at customer expense. For all orders that are picked up or delivered via carrier, we will have no responsibility for any damage once the products leave.

What forms of payment does Shawnie’s Stuff accept?

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Debit & Credit Card via Square (Contact-less & Swipe). If debit card or electronic payment is being used, the final payment must be received a week before the order is due. There is a 3% fee on all card transactions

What is your returns & refunds policy?

All sales are final. If there are any issues/concerns with your order, please communicate by end of day on the day of delivery/pick-up and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do I make a custom order?

You can place your order by completing order form to discuss your order details. Afterwards, a quote will be provided and a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. No orders will be worked on or confirmed until deposit is received. All final payments via cash must be received the day before the order is due. All final card payments must be received the week before the order is due. No Exceptions!

What cake flavors do you offer?

We offer everything from White Cake to Blue Velvet. We can make almost any flavor cake, just ask!

What frosting flavors do you offer?

We offer the classics like Vanilla and Chocolate buttercream on all cakes and cupcakes. Cream cheese frosting, fondant and many other flavors are also available for an additional charge.
